About Us

The Decision Session was created based on how work really unfolds in complex programmes.

In the 15+ years I have spent leading consulting mandates across transformation, PMO, turnarounds, and strategy; it is common to see extended cycles of refining materials, aligning narratives, and revalidating analyses that are already directionally clear - not because the answer is unknown, but because the point of decision is deferred.

In many such situations, a defensible path forward exists significantly earlier than it is acted on. Extending that path can add time and cost without materially changing the outcome.

The Decision Session model sits alongside broader consulting engagements, where depth, scale, and structured delivery remain essential. However, it is designed for the point where we know enough to make a decision or initiate action - now;  while laying the foundation for a longer term roadmap.

Most delays are not analytical - they are decisional.
