The
Decision
Session

  • The Diagnostic Review

A focused 90-minute review to frame the problem before committing to action.

The result is a clearly defined problem statement, enabling a structured transition into self action or support in decision making through the Decision Direction.

    When this is for?

    • For situations where the problem itself is unclear or poorly defined.

    • Used when there are multiple issues, conflicting signals, or uncertainty around what needs to be addressed first.

    • This is appropriate when you need to frame the problem correctly before making any decision or taking action.

  • The Decision Direction

A focused 60-minute session to convert clarity into decisive action. We pressure-test assumptions, evaluate options, and define the most effective path forward.

The outcome? A clear decision and the confidence to execute immediately.

    When this is for?

    • For situations where the problem is understood, but the decision is not clear.

    • Used when there are multiple viable options, unclear trade-offs, or lack of alignment on the way forward.

    • This is appropriate when a clear, defensible decision is required to move forward immediately.

  • The Execution Path
    Stone Pavement Path

Not every decision requires further support. Where additional clarity on taking action is needed, the Execution Path provides a focused structure to initiate progress.

You leave with a clear actionable road map to implement a decision.

    When this is for?

    • For situations where the decision has been made, but execution lacks structure.

    • Used when next steps, ownership, sequencing, or risks are not clearly defined.

    • This is appropriate when you need a practical, structured starting point to begin execution.

    The
    Classic Mandate

Not every situation can be resolved through a focused session. Where broader analysis, structured workstreams, or sustained advisory support are required, The Classic Mandate provides a tailored consulting engagement built around the scope and complexity of the requirement.

You move into a clearly defined advisory mandate with agreed scope, milestones, and outcomes through Omniah Advisory.

    When this is for?

    • Used when the work involves multiple stakeholders, transformation design, PMO governance, operating model changes, or end-to-end execution oversight.

    • This is appropriate when you need a customised consulting engagement with clear scope, milestones, and ownership across the lifecycle of the mandate.
